With smaller players, they end up running around all the time instead of playing and don’t get an opportunity to experience the soccer games.

• Positively encourage your team and team members
• Cheer when you see a good play, regardless of the team
• Stay at least 2 steps from the sidelines
• Be a good sport

You Should Not:

• Criticize the referee. Their job is hard without having to undergo criticism
• Do not should obscenities or abusive statements from the sideline
• Cheer when the other side makes and error
• Run up the score
